Designed the breastfeeding logging experience around the realities of new parents: one-handed, in the dark, multiple times a night. Working directly with the CEO, I developed the interaction pattern that Huckleberry still ships eight years later.
Created a first-run experience that establishes trust from the first frame. Through brand motion, interaction principles, and onboarding, I explored how Rosie could feel calm, reassuring, and ready to assist.
Strong recommendations are grounded in what's known and what the data tells us. I move quickly to make ideas tangible through realistic prototypes, because they surface questions, edge cases, and opportunities that sketches rarely do. The path forward is considered, weighing customer value, technical feasibility, business goals, and operational realities before committing to it. Feedback sharpens the work, but the judgment is ultimately mine. I own the recommendation and the reasoning behind it. The best outcomes come from working together, so I invest in the relationships that make difficult decisions easier and complex work possible.
